All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Feb 19th , Feb 25, 26 are public holidays and might delay orders.

Please Allow an extra 5-7 days for Customized Order (Monogram). Monogrammed items could not be exchanged or refunded once placed.

If you have a rush order within Kuwait that you need processed within the same day, please contact us via Email or DM msg and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
