Our tutu skirts for girls are handmade from 4 super soft and fluffy tulle layers, taffeta lining and elastic waistband. They are also decorated with more than 100 colorful textile pom poms that are put inside the layers but not sewn so your little one can play with them any time.

Please Allow an extra 5-7 days for Customized Order (Monogram). Monogrammed items could not be exchanged or refunded once placed.
