Return Period

Refunds and returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and unworn
• The item must be in its original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• The item must not be damaged, altered, or washed

All returned items will be inspected before a refund is approved. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the above conditions.

How to Initiate a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please visit our store in person within the 14-day return period. Our team will assist you with the process and inspection.

Refund requests are not processed online or by email and must be initiated in-store.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

• Sale or clearance items
• Personalized or monogrammed items

Refund Method

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
